14-Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted for items that are unused and brand new in the same condition as they were sent and in the original packaging. Items that have already been opened or tested*, items that are made to order and items on sale are strictly non-returnable.

If you would like to initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@petterplace.com with your order number and details within 14 days of receiving your order in order for us to process your return request.

Return shipping fees are borne by the customer and all shipping or customs related fees are strictly non-refundable. All returns must be shipped back to the return address provided by us via a trackable shipping service. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the return package is properly packed to prevent damage while in transit. We cannot be held liable for the loss of items shipped via a non-trackable service, or items damaged in transit due to lack of proper packaging.

Returned items that have been tested or used, soiled (including pet hair), have odours (i.e. smoke, perfume, pet, etc.) or missing parts are not eligible for a refund. We are not obligated to accept returns or process refunds if the item is not in its original, brand new unused condition.

*We are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened or used due to the risk of contamination from one pet to another. This policy is put in place to protect the health and safety of all pets.

Damaged Or Missing Goods

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item in your order, please reach out to us upon receiving the item via email at hello@petterplace.com so we can make things right for you!

To facilitate this process, please provide us with your order number and attach clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the damage or defect in the product you received.
